Organization

Ensure the marketing of a product group in the market with an assigned customer group or key customers. According to the commercial strategy and brand guidelines of Samsung; in order to push sales and create more brand- & product awareness on customer level securing profitable business and secure maximum PLC’s.

Function

Channel Marketing & Planning

  • Development of customer specific promotional activity and product launch visibility campaigns.
  • First point of contact for counterparts on customer level regarding promotions (customer & national projects), events and demos.
  • Responsible for the creation of communication and promotional support material within the rules and regulations of the company in order to increase the sell-in and sell-out.
  • Manages the relation with customers and makes sure that the end consumer is informed in a correct way by the customer.
  • Coordinates and follows up the running projects by creating POS materials & folders together with Marketing Communications, planning demo materials and solving issues regarding running marketing actions. Provides information on new products and actions and marketing campaigns to customers

External & division meetings

  • Presents channel marketing project updates and timelines to the Sales and Marketing team during the weekly Sales meeting & Marketing meeting.
  • Reports back on achieved results, key learnings and improvements insights for future campaigns.
  • Attends frequent customer meetings to inform them about upcoming promotions and to evaluate previous promotions.

Budget Management

Sets up budget plans (quarterly) together with the sales and manages the predefined Coop (marketing assigned to the customers) and other assigned budgets (MDF) within the rules and regulations of the company.
