You are a communication talent and enjoy talking to customers externally as well as maintaining the necessary contacts internally. As the first point of contact for B2B customers, you get energy from assisting them and guiding them from A to Z. This means of course that you will be involved from the start, answering their various questions and guiding and supporting them every step of the way.


Thanks to your strong language skills, you excel in French and English. If you can also speak a bit of Dutch, this is an extra asset! Moreover, you have built up a solid experience in customer service and you have feeling or interest in technical products.
