For that purpose, we have developed ‘ACES’, which stands for ‘Above Customer Expectations Survey’. The reason: we are not satisfied unless we can go beyond the expectations of our clients.
This is how it works: at the beginning of each project we identify and assess the expectations of the client. During the whole process, we follow the way our consultants live up to those expectations. If necessary, we help them make adjustments. The scores of our consultants also form the basis of our yearly performance reviews and personal development programmes.
