To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and national registration number. This is to protect your privacy. This information will be sent to you within a month.<\/td><\/tr>
              Right to rectification<\/td>You have the right to have any personal data we process about you corrected if you know or suspect that it is incorrect. clearXperts will correct this as soon as possible.<\/td><\/tr>

All personal data that we process about you on the basis of \u201cconsent\u201d can be deleted immediately when you withdraw your consent. However, if there are ongoing disputes, e.g. a court case or other discussion that may have legal consequences, our interest in retaining this data outweighs your right to deletion.
