For one of our clients we are looking for a Interim HR Admin & Payroll Manager
Lead a country HR Administration and Payroll team based on the defined global model.
Deliver accurate and high quality HR admin services by standardized, efficient processes on a uniform cost effective HRIS/system landscape.
Provide data dashboards in support of business decision making, strategy formulation and strategy implementation.
Manage the teams effectively and encourage process improvement and agile working.
Responsible for country HR Admin and Payroll team costs.
Ensure the formulation of the HR Admin and Payroll organisation, in line with corporate guidelines, to safeguard effective and controllable HR Admin and Payroll services.
Implement the uniform global end-to-end processes locally. As operational leader ensure the continued improvement of HR Admin and Payroll delivery. Direct change management initiatives by developing awareness, understanding, ownership, and accountability for change locally.
Ensure the use of technology solutions are in alignment with corporate HR goals and implement successfully in HR Admin and Payroll team.
Identify areas for improving the employee experience and work with key stakeholders to execute improvements. Manage scorecards to show progress and improvement.
Local data governance of HR master data and supporting business processes. Provide oversight to ensure proper protocols are in place that govern data quality.
Develop and track key metrics related to the SLA and take appropriate action, when needed.
Organize, manage, develop and staff the department, to be equipped for current and future business challenges and contribute to the optimisation of business results.
Partner with HR CoEs, HR Business Partners and People Services Manager (Country) to deliver effective customer service solutions. Build and cultivate stakeholder relationships with the ability to keep them engaged, responsible and dedicated in working toward deliverable goals and objectives.
Manage local vendor relations for HR applications & HR Operations. Manage existing contracts.
5 – 8 years of experience of establishing and managing a HR Administration and Payroll services team and knowledgeable in local legislation.
Extensive experience in leading HR administration and payroll.
Strong SAP (SuccessFactors) experience preferred or any other global cloud HRIS.
Project management experience, demonstrating the ability to lead and manage complex change projects.
Strong customer service mindset.
