Our client, an internatioanal consultancy firm, is looking for a temporary HR Generalist


Startdate ASAP

Function

Working very close relation with our Corporate HR Director, your main responsibilities are the following ones:

Manage Payroll – for all Belgian corporate employees and assisting in French Payroll

Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the overall business need

Making contracts and offer letters

Setting up insurances and all other employee benefits

Assisting all corporate employees with all their HR related questions

Data and document management

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and any other issues.

Work closely together with internal teams (French Payroll team, accounting etc…)

Assisting in recruitment and selection process

Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

Ensure legal compliance throughout the HR management

Assist all expats in both legal and HR topics, work cards…

RSI – special Belgium nonresident status contract knowledge


Requirements

Dealing with confidential topics

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Ability to adapt in a fast-moving and changing culture

Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English

Knowledge of Dutch is a plus as is any additional language

Knowledge of Belgian employment law required

Knowledge of French employment law is a plus

Knowledge of immigration law for expats
