Managing Internal Sales Corporate & Real Estate

• Managing the Internal Sales C&RE and supporting them in the realization of their tasks:
• Contracting (real estate leasing, movable leasing)
• Drawing up and / or checking lease offers
• Control of notarial deeds
• Administrative follow-up of existing RE-contracts

Legal – Tax – VAT C&RE

• follow-up of relevant legislation in Legal, Tax, VAT, …
• propose necessary changes to documents C&RE
• Inform C&RE colleagues about relevant evolutions in Legal, Fiscal, VAT, … eg. through presentations during commercial meetings and / or by making one pagers

Commercial C&RE

• Supporting the commercial functions within C&RE with complex(er) files, e.g. by analyzing the available data and / or by participating in meetings
• cooperate on more specific asset fiches
• cooperate with requests to deviate from the existing credit policy
• take the initiative to develop new products (based on new legal, tax, … opportunities)
