For one of our clients we are looking for a Freelance Recrutiment, Learning and Talent Manager (NL/FR/ENG)
Lead a Recruitment, Talent & Learning Team to provide effective, (cost)efficient, standardized and excellent services to support the organization. Develop, drive optimization and maintain the country recruitment process, providing a maximized level of candidate and hiring manager experience and results, such within the globally defined recruitment strategy and policies and compliant with country legislation. Influence, develop, lead and deliver on talent and learning initiatives within the country & across the Group to ensure development of talented employees for the future success of the business, striving to become “The Employer of Choice for Talent” and to ensure the organization has the right capabilities to deliver on strategic objectives now and in the future.
Analyse current resource and talent, including current and future demand, demographics, attrition, capability by discipline, critical and scarce resource.
Implement and manage the Group wide succession planning process and methodology, ensuring integration across other critical people processes.
Act as a talent broker ensuring movement of talent to build individual and organization capability.
Lead and co-ordinate regular internal and external talent identification exercises across the organization in line with agreed principles, in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
Cultivate key talent pipelines.
Assess the capability and capacity of current leaders against the requirements for the organization’s future challenges.
Engage and challenge senior leaders to understand the rationale for change, aligned and fully in support of the strategy.
Implement and maintain recruiting process within the country, including full cycle recruiting.
Maximize results, candidate and hiring manager experience.
Manage the learning and talent agenda with passion to inspire a culture that encourages individual and organizational learning.
Ensure optimal usage of learning tools.
Provide business with high end learning environment.
Deliver accurate and high quality learning services by standardized, efficient processes.
Support business in optimal LTO (licence to operate) compliance.
Report on learning services activities and results.
Manage the team effectively and encourage process improvement and agile working.
Responsible for country Recruitment, Talent & Learning team costs and budget.
Experience with Operational Management.
Experience in HR and of Learning (services).
Business fluency in English, Dutch and French is essential (written and verbal).
Ability to operate effectively across geographies and to be culturally adaptable.
