Freelance Talent Acquisition Business Partner. – Leuven


We are looking for a FREELANCE Talent Acquisition Business Partner EMEA for a multinational ( medical) in Leuven.

Startdate January 2023 – 4/5 or fulltime


The Talent Acquisition Business Partner develops and executes all activities aiming to fill open vacancies for a dedicated Business Unit, Support Organization or Region according to the required quality standards.

Responsible for finding the right talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience and contributing to a positive onboarding.

Contribute to talent acquisition related improvement projects.

Act as the Ambassador Company for candidates and suppliers for all talent acquisition related topics.

Actively position the client on the job market and build the Employer Brand.


Over 3 years of experience in talent acquisition in one or more EMEA countries is preferred. Can navigate successfully in a matrix organization. Has already worked in multinationals (Medical, Pharma, Automotive, Biotech)

Experience of using digital tools for recruitment and employer branding purposes e.g. LinkedIn, Xing, Glassdoor etc…

Experience with recruitment of engineering profiles (but also Quality, Regulatory; Clinical & Medical)

Strong communication skills in English and Dutch (written/verbal), creative writer, good presentation. Able to communicate effectively across all employee groups and levels (executives, managers & employees).

Strong coordination and planning skills. Agile to be able to work in an environment with shifting priorities.

Innovative and Creative mindset, able to think outside the box

Expert analytical & problem-solving skills.

Able to do storytelling through data.
