Our customer is in collaboration with ClearXperts, searching for a Customer Journey Manager based in the region of Rotterdam or in the region of Brussels

Our customer is a global animal health company dedicated to supporting customers and their businesses. With their 60 years of experience they are a vast value in their pharmaceutical market. They deliver quality medicines and vaccines, complemented by diagnostic products, genetic tests, bio devices and a range of services. They are working every day to help and bring relevant solutions to those who raise and care for animals.

Organization

The office-based Inside Account Manager acts as a remote contact for designated customers (veterinarians, veterinary practices, clinics, universities,…). He/she reaches out to customers by phone or via online tools, such as Teams or Zoom, email or other digital platforms and provides high quality information, technical advice and training on the total companion animals product portfolio.

Function

Planning

  • Maintain high level of expertise with the evolving portfolio and industry trends
  • Develop and maintain account plans
  • Ensure update CRM system
  • Align activities and account plans to marketing programmes
  • Analyse opportunities

Relationships

  • Develop long-term partnerships with our customers
  • Implement bespoke customer solutions
  • share best practices

Call and digital activities

  • Deliver call activity in accordance with agreed KPIs
  • Deliver relevant marketing and technical messages, product information and training programmes
  • Proactively identify customer opportunities and capitalize on them
  • Co-ordinate with colleagues
  • Accurately record call activity in the CRM system
  • Develop digital marketing and informative campaigns to outreach to customers
  • Maintain and expand digital platforms

Compliance

  • Maintain high standards of business conduct and compliance,
  • Maintain accurate business records
  • Manage allocated customer support budget
  • Responsible for collecting, recording and reporting of post-marketing animal health adverse events

Requirements

This vacancy is dedicated for people with related scientifical or professional experience related to animal healthcare sector activities from whatever kind.

  • Bi- lingual Dutch/French for Belgium or Dutch/English for the Netherlands
  • A strong interest digital tools and platforms
  • IT literate
