Organization

The Key Account Manager is responsible for the sales targets of the assigned product portfolio for strategic accounts, according to company guidelines and keeping them in mind for the long-term strategy, in order to maximize company profits.

Function

Key Account management

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers
  • Working according to strategic (annual) and tactical (quarterly) business planning in order to achieve company targets
  • Aligning the interests between the client and its customers

Reports and analyses

  • Creating clear reports and analysis on customer business progress

Internal communication

  • Working and communicating efficiently with the sales and marketing teams, as well as other departments
  • Advocating on behalf of the customer within the various client entities

Requirements

  • Analytical
  • Motivated
  • Result-driven
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales position
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Trilingual (Dutch, English, and French)
