An international company in the region of Mechelen is looking for a new addition to their HR-team. As part of their expansion they are looking to bring in a new payroll officer that has the maturity and reliability to function in an international environment.
You will be responsible for the payroll administration of employees spread throughout Europe, this in cooperation with the local payroll providers.
This means you will have to keep track of changes in the different labour laws
Furthermore, you will be a reliable source of information and help employees with their questions
will have the chance to provide support in other interesting HR-related projects
Because of the international environment, good written & verbal communication in English is a must.
Knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
