Your mission? Step in temporarily at companies that need extra support. You’ll work in commercial back-office environments where your customer focus, communication skills, and administrative strengths truly make a difference.

Think of roles such as customer service officer, internal sales representative, commercial administrative officer, or sales support advisor. These are the types of projects you’ll take on as a Project Sales Consultant. Projects typically last between 3 and 12 months. Since you’ll be working in different companies and regularly changing environments, we provide a company car.

What kind of environments can you expect? Large Belgian companies and international players across a wide range of sectors: retail, FMCG, media, pharma, automotive, and more.

Typical tasks:

• Order, tender, and offer management
• Daily customer contact, mainly in a B2B setting
• Resolving complex customer queries, often in collaboration with different departments
• Following up on cases in ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics
• Supporting and optimizing sales processes

You already have initial experience in an inside sales environment and are ready to get more out of your career.

• You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or sales support.
• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• You communicate fluently in three languages: Dutch, French, and English.
• You are digitally savvy and comfortable working with systems such as MS Office and various ERP packages.
• You excel at setting priorities and effortlessly maintain a helicopter view.
• You easily switch between customer-focused thinking and administrative accuracy.
• You adapt quickly to new environments and build connections with ease.
