What can you expect?

  1. First, we discuss your specific needs. For which HR function, range of tasks and period are you looking for an Xtra worker? And what knowledge, experience and skills are you looking for?
  2. On this basis, we select the most suitable profiles. We present them to you on the basis of a comprehensive CV.
  3. We will then be happy to schedule a personal interview with the candidate (or candidates) who seem most suitable to you. This can be either online or in person, depending on your preference.
  4. Are any of these candidates your perfect match? Then we will make sure your Xtra worker can start as soon as possible!
  5. At the start of the project, we identify your expectations based on the ACES quality process.Throughout the project, we check whether these expectations are met and make adjustments where necessary.
  6. Our consultants are continuously mentored by recognised coaches and participate in clearXperts Academies to keep abreast of the latest trends in HR.
