The ESG framework as our foundation

As an HR partner, we recognize the vital role we play in society. That’s why corporate social responsibility isn’t just a nice-to-have for us, it’s a necessity. With great enthusiasm, we contribute to a more sustainable world.

How do we do this? We aim to support the sustainable growth of both our partners and our consultants by offering flexible HR solutions. Our mission is to match the right talent with the best opportunities on the market. In doing so, we not only contribute to the success of individuals and organizations, but also to society as a whole.

We use the ESG framework as the foundation of our sustainability policy:

  • Environmental: we strive to minimize our energy consumption through actions such as electrifying our vehicle fleet, offering bike leasing, implementing smart automations and installing solar panels.
  • Social: our human first approach is what sets us apart. Every team member can and should be their authentic self. We aim to make a meaningful difference, not just as consultants or colleagues, but first and foremost as people.
  • Governance: we are committed to creating a positive economic impact while fully complying with legal and governance standards.

  • We offer relevant training programs to develop both hard and soft skills, tailored to our consultants’ expertise, experience and ambitions.
  • We regularly organize Inspiration Hubs: engaging evening sessions by consultants for consultants.
  • Every quarter, we host an informative session to share business updates, combined with a valuable learning moment.
  • Together with certified coaches, our consultants can create a personal development plan.
  • We offer challenging projects with leading organizations, matched to our consultants’ skills, experience and goals.
  • Each year we launch a Young Graduate Program to support young professionals at the start of their careers.

  • We offer a comprehensive range of support services. As a one-stop partner, we can provide temporary expertise tailored to specific needs.
  • We believe knowledge should be shared. That’s why we organize various webinars and regularly publish content on relevant trends and topics.
  • We frequently organize inspiration lunches for our network and invite clients to sector events.
  • We recently launched our podcast ‘Xtra Human Insights’, to inspire our network with peer experiences and lessons learned.
  • We’re only satisfied when we exceed expectations. That’s why we developed ACES (Above Customer Expectations Survey) to monitor how consultants meet client expectations and adjust if needed.
  • We aim for long-term partnerships, getting to know our clients deeply to respond as precisely as possible to their needs and goals.

  • Every year, we organize a memorable team building trip: a well-deserved break to enjoy time together as colleagues.
  • Our HR Business Partners are always there for our consultants. They schedule regular check-ins to support both personal and professional development.
  • Every autumn, we walk, run or cycle as many kilometers as possible, converting them into euros for a selected charity.
  • We support a range of social and human-focused initiatives that embrace diversity. Between projects, our consultants lend an Xtra hand at various organizations.
