Marloes

Marloes handles payroll processes from start to finish and ensures that wages, social security contributions, and tax withholdings are processed correctly in accordance with applicable regulations. She analyzes payroll discrepancies and makes timely corrections within the payroll cycle.

She manages and monitors HR and payroll data across various HRIS systems and tracks data flows between systems. Marloes analyzes error messages, monitors data quality, and supports reporting for HR, finance, and management.

Marloes prepares payroll reports and assists organizations with audits and compliance processes. She ensures that labor and employment laws are properly applied and provides support in complex payroll situations.

She serves as the point of contact for employees regarding payroll questions and assists HR teams with administrative files, contract documents, and payroll-related processes.

In previous roles, Marloes coordinated teams of volunteers and stakeholders and supported organizations with HR processes, communication, and internal collaboration. She streamlined processes and optimized internal workflows.
